Fishing report

Welcome to our new, biweekly updated "Puerto Vallarta Fishing Report"
By Jonathan Peinado.
Well our rainy season has arrived, that means hotter weather and warmer waters which ads up to big tuna and blue and black marlin.as the water temprature has risen, tuna has been a more common site and we have started landing blue marlin here and there.although the tuna is still a 12 hour charter,i have seen some boats comming in with tuna in the 10 hour charters but i still recommend a 12 hour tour for tuna.the tuna we have been landing has not been the monster tuna we are used to here in Vallarta,we have been landing tuna in the 80lb to the 150 lb range, but i expect that to change soon in the comming weeks as we heat up.fishing has been great in the smaller game,we have had one of our best years for roosterfish and the party continues,we are hooking up with roosterfish about 30 to 50 lb roosters that are putting up a fight on average with 20 lb test line 15 to 20 minutes, also a lot of red snapper, and jack caravelle in the 25 lb range.so come and join us here in Puerto Vallarta and get ready to have an exciting day fishing with us. www.cssfishing.com
